Our portfolio currently includes more than 100 properties worldwide, with holdings across multifamily, single-family residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, mixed-use, mobile home communities, and retail centers. In the United States, our activities are concentrated in Orange County, Los Angeles, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Detroit. Our international presence extends to Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Geneva—markets connected by longstanding family relationships, local knowledge, and a commitment to long-term investment.
Beyond real estate, Truong Corporation invests in operating businesses across sectors including import and export, building materials, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, technology, and financial services. We participate as owners, strategic partners, and providers of growth capital, working alongside established operators, outside investors, and other family offices.
